Manor House - Ferryhill

We were instructed by our client to carry out various renovation works on a Victorian Manor house which included internal joinery, new render, Drainage, external paving, landscaping and stoneworks

Betty's Hut - Cowgate

We secured a contract with a new client to carry out the Site Strip, Surface Water and Foul Drainage, Hard and Soft Landscaping, Green roof structure and External timber works. The success of this project has led to a continuing stream of contracts. 

Discovery Academy - Middlesbrough

Large scale fencing and landscaping contract consisting of 656, 868, Palisade and timer fencing and gates. beyond this the landscaping consisted of 2000m2 seeding, 4400+ shrubs and 50+ trees.

Sports Direct - Teesside Park

Formation of elevator and Escalator pits within tidal ground. Works consisted of substantial reinforced steel structures and innovative membranes capable of withstanding extremely poor ground conditions. 

Prospect House - Hexham

Contracted by a repeat client to carryout an initial external works package around the Grade 2 listed development with further contracts to carry out high level works, repairs and internal joinery packages 

Richard Court - Hartlepool

Contracted by a regional contractor to carry out a site wide duct install for new communication systems. consisted of open cut excavations, road crossings, access boxes, plinths and new railings and gates.

FAQ

Generally speaking from North Yorkshire to Northumberland though we will travel depending on the requirement.

Though we much prefer to work on a Plant, Labour & Materials basis so we have full control of delivering projects on time we will consider Plant and Labour also.

Generally we will accept payment terms of 30 days EOM though this can be negotiatsed on a contract by contract basis.

Yes we carry out works for both Private and Commercial clients.

Yes our company has a current SSIP accreditation which demonstrates our commitment to Health & Safety, Training and financial performance.

Yes FLIC has Public and Employers Liability Insurance to the value of £10 million each.
